Policies

- Plan to arrive at your appointment 5 to 10 minutes early. This ensures you have enough time to use the restroom, have a consultation with me and undress if you need to. 

- Please arrive on time. If you are going to be more than 10 minutes late, please call or text me. Please do not DM me as I don't check my messages at the last minute. If you are late and I have a client right after your scheduled time, I won't be able to accommodate them, so you will have to reschedule and possibly face a cancellation fee. 

- If you cancel your appointment the day of or a few hours before it starts you will be charged 50% of the cost of your appointment. If you do not show up I will also charge you. I do this because my time for a potential client is taken away. I lose money when people cancel last minute. If you can't make it because of a personal emergency or you are sick, please text or call me and let me know. I may not charge you because of that - I'm pretty reasonable and can reschedule you. 

- I ask that during massages and facials you keep your phone off or muted. This is your personal relaxation time as well as my professional time to provide you with an excellent service. There shouldn't be any distractions.

- Please do not bring children with you to your appointment. 

- Teens can have certain services like massages or facials, but they must be 12 years or older. 

- I will not perform a bikini or brazilian wax on a minor. You must be at least 18 years old.

- I do not do "manzilions" or booty waxes on men.

- If there is a day or time you need to book that's outside of my usual office hours, please ask me through text/phone call or social media. I might be able to help you out.

 

- I accept cash as well as credit and debit cards through Square or Venmo.

- I have a referral program for clients. If you tell a friend and they book a service with me, they will receive $10 off their service and you will receive $10 off your next service with me as well. Make sure they know to tell me or they won't receive the discount. 

- I ask that you book with me through my Square booking site. This ensures that if there is a cancellation, or no show, I will still be paid. I've had many instances of someone booking over the phone and/or not wanting to give me their credit card information because they prefer not to. When they canceled, I was left with nothing. No client. No clients to fill that spot. And no pay.
